Abstract:
LOBST is used for the repetitive and non-repetitive type of construction or manufacturing project. This method is most satisfactory method for the planning of repetitive task but for the immense popularity of the network method this method is not that develop for the planning of the project by the computer software, That’s why in this research paper the researcher used the LOBST method for the scheduling of residential housing project. The constructor is only used the bar chart for the planning of the project. Researcher applied the LOBST method on to that project and after that compare with actual scheduling that are carried by bar chart method. For the implementation of LOBST method researcher tack a case study of Mesri housing project from Bhuravav Godhra, Gujarat.
