Abstract:
1. INTRODUCTION:- The Introductory part gives the brief picture of the contents of vataja Abhishyanda its relation to allergic conjunctivitis along with kriyakalpa and Vidalaka procedure and The study plan also introduced in introduction part.
2. AIM AND OBJECTIVES:-
• To evaluate the efficacy of Madhukadi Vidalaka in the management of Vataja Abhishyanda W.S.R. to Allergic Conjunctivitis.

4. OBSERVATIONS & RESULTS:-
Among all the thirty patients, the below observations were made like maximum no of the patients were from age group 18 to 30 years are of (46.7%) , In my clinical study it was found that 50% were males and 50% were female. Most of the patients in my study were married (76.7%), among all the 30 patients maximum i.e. 53.3% were of vata-pittaja anubandha prakruti. In my clinical study it was found that maximum i.e. 63.3% patients were having no addiction.
Maximum patients come with 76.7% patients were having both palpebral and bulbar conjunctival congestion, in this clinical study it was found that max. 96.7% patients were having continuous srava, max.96.7% patients were had mild edema, max.43.3% patients were had occasional Foreign Body sensation, max. . 93.3% patients were had moderate type itching, max. . 63.3% patients were had intermittent type of photophobia,, max73.3% patients were having mild pain.
It was observed that sign and symptoms of Vataja Abhishyanda was reduced after the 7 days of treatment which was statistically significant i.e. the p value is <0.001.
5. CONCLUSION:-
• It is concluded that there is significant result found (i.e. p value is <0.001) in reducing redness, watery discharge, edema, itching, fb sensation, photophobia, and pain in all 30 patients.
• So this study reveals that Madhukadi Vidalaka is effective in the management of Vataja Abhishyanda (Allergic Conjunctivitis) for said duration without any adverse reaction.
