Description:
International Yoga Day is around the corner and I will be hosting a virtual yoga session that you could do with me from any part of the world. During this session, I will be teaching yoga asanas to build your immunity considering it is the need of the hour.
During the session all you need is:
1. Comfort fit clothes
2. A calm environment
3. Any kind of mat or carpet
4. A bottle of water
5. A napkin
Before the session:
1. If possible try and take a bath as for better blood circulation.
2. Have your breakfast 2 hours before the session or you could also do it on an empty stomach.
After the session:
1. Have a bath after an interval of 20 minute or more , as we are allowing our muscles to relax.
2. Preferably eat after an interval of 15-20 mins., Yoga keeps you physically fit, mentally alert & emotionally balanced.
