Abstract:
Aims and Objectives:
To study an etiopathogenesis of “Pandu Roga” in the light of the description in Modern Medicine for iron deficiency Anemia.
To assess iron deficiency anemia with the help of clinical history, signs and symptoms and laboratory investigation.
To compare the causative factors and pathogenesis of iron deficiency anemia with reference to Pandu Roga and its subtypes on the basis of Nidan and Lakshana.
Design : Observational study
Setting : Parul Ayurved Hospital, Limda, Vadodara, Gujarat.
Study selection: Patients with classical signs and symptoms of Iron Deficiency Anemia were selected.
Main observations:
Observational: We studied etiopathogenesis in patients of Iron deficiency anemia to compare with Pandu Roga and its subtypes.
Statistical Study: Demographical data were used.
Conclusion:
From this study we can conclude that there is Relation between etiopathogenesis of iron deficiency anemia and Pandu Roga.
