dc.description.abstract Bending machine is used to bend a metal sheet, plate and pipe. The aim of this project is to develop a semi-automatic bending machine. The project is to design and model the semi-automatic pipe bending machine for Amee Engineering. This machine is used to bend curve steel pipes. The size of the machine is not big not small. It reduces human effort and less skill to operate this machine. Designing Semi-automatic pipe bending machine with use of pulley, motor, gears and support (frame). My objective is to increase accuracy at low prize without affecting the pipe bending operations. This machine can bend up to 5mm to 15mm thickness of pipe. Bending machine is a common tool in machine shop that is used to bend a metal. It is widely used in various industrial operation such as bending a pipe in required shape & size. In this project, designing a bending machine specifically for semi-automatic pipe bending machine. en_US
