dc.description.abstract There is a phenomenal rise in construction activities in the field of civil engineering in the recent years. Major structures like buildings, bridges, dams are subjected to severe loading and their performance is likely to change with time. It is, therefore, necessary to find smartest technology for pre-construction and during construction activities along with taking care of quality satisfaction and within time and cost. Nowadays, the automation technique technology uses for the construction of building but most of them are reducing productivity while working under unnecessary condition/places/position. Indirectly, it will be wasting of money and time. Here the terms, perfect building should follow benefit for the society, require structural strength, proper planning of series of activity, material management, labour management, quality and safety, scheduling, execution and documentation. The aim of this research to understand the important of each step of construction and work in a manner to achieve “Idea Construction Technique”. The terms “Ideal Construction Technique” means to reduce wastage of material, labour safety, increases productivity, material management, labour management, improve quality of work and within estimated duration and cost. Nowadays the rising problems associated with construction such as decreasing quality and productivity, inferior working condition, labour shortage, occupational safety and more. The implementation of automation, software uses, latest tools and technique. Technology which impart more advantageous for production, safety and quality constructions. The construction industry depends upon culture of society, atmosphere, demand, affordability, technology implementation, organisational structure and labour policy. This research uses mixed method of gathering data…..both qualitative and quantitative by employing questioner and using wide range of sample from management through to on site users. Detailed Quantitative (statistical) and qualitative (content) data analysis is performed to provide a set of description test selected for use includes cross tabulation; investigating possibility relationship between variables. The Finding and conclusion arising from the research work which included the ranking scheme produced for key area. en_US
