dc.description.abstract Plant layout is optimised using different plant layout techniques. Movement of material and men is more in completion of product, to reduce it layout is to be designed by two method Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) and Computerised Relative Allocation of Facility Technique (CRAFT). The SLP Method consider some design parameters like distance between machines, movement of the material, availability of space for new machines And the CRAFT Method Use Flow Matrix, Distance Matrix to design Layout. Proposed layout made by both methods compared with each other. The layout with the best result use as a final layout. en_US
